Perform welding works (SMAW, GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, or oxy-acetylene) depending on job requirements Fabricate metal structures, frames, machine parts, and plant equipment Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements accurately Cut, grind, and prepare materials prior to welding Repair damaged equipment, truck bodies, and plant structures Assist in installation of fabricated components Inspect welds to ensure strength, alignment, and compliance with standards Maintain welding tools and equipment in good condition Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Coordinate with mechanics and technicians for fabrication requirements Perform preventive maintenance support when needed

At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate (TESDA Welding or related course preferred) With NC II or NC III Certification in Welding is an advantage Minimum 1–3 years experience in welding and fabrication works Knowledge in different welding techniques and metal types Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and layouts Skilled in use of fabrication tools (grinder, cutter, drilling machine, etc.) Physically fit and capable of working in hot, confined, or elevated areas Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Team player with good coordination skills Experience in truck body fabrication and repair Basic knowledge in mechanical systems and equipment Ability to estimate materials and fabrication time Knowledge in stainless steel fabrication (for food plant use)
