Job Description:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Prepare project plans, technical specifications, and detailed timelines to ensure proper project execution and control.
• Take full responsibility for project implementation, ensuring all activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Oversee and manage project deliverables to ensure completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for all project requests, including materials, labor, equipment, and other related expenses.
• Initiate and oversee purchase/material requests, ensuring timely procurement of required materials in accordance with project specifications and budget.
• Lead the recruitment, coordination, and performance management of project staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide overall leadership to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
• Determine and implement appropriate project methodologies, construction strategies, and execution approaches.
• Establish detailed project schedules, including milestones, critical paths, and phase deliverables.
• Delegate tasks effectively to project engineers, site staff, and support personnel, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
• Review and approve Daily Time Records (DTR) and Official Business (OB) requests of engineers, staff, and in-house workers.
• Evaluate and validate subcontractor billings and vendor payment requests in accordance with contract terms.
• Prepare, review, and administer contracts for subcontractors and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to the Engineering Head.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and construction software.
